Hong Kong won the toss and choose to bat first against Pakistan. As expected it was Pakistani bowler who didn’t give enough time to Hong Kong batsmen to settle at the crease and they took the wickets in regular interval to all-out Hong Kong at moderate total of 116 runs in 37 overs. For Pakistan Usman Khan was the pick of bowler who took 3 wickets and awarded man of the match also. Kinchit Shah and Aizaz Khan were the top scorer for Hong Kong 26 and 27 runs respectively.
Pakistan batsmen took only 24 overs to chase the target as Imam Ul Kaq scored his first half century and was not out with Soaib Malik. Pakistan chased the target with the loss of two wickets, Ehsan Khan was the Hong Kong bowler who took both the wickets.
